Dance Exercise/ZUMBA
The purpose of the ZUMBA/Dance Aerobics unit is to introduce students to basic ZUMBA/Cardio dance movements and routines, to provide a foundation so that students can go to health clubs and participate in group exercise classes (like ZUMBA/WERQ/Flirty girl fitness), to demonstrate physical competency in creative movement, to participate in a health enhancing physical activity, and to demonstrate individual responsibility during group physical activities.
